Role Overview

We are seeking a Category Manager to drive growth, optimize product performance, and strengthen vendor partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop sales strategies, enhance product offerings, and execute go-to-market plans to expand our global reach

Category Management & Sales Growth
  • The candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for assigned product categories

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to optimize category performance

  • Define pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to drive sales and profitability

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns and initiatives.


  • Vendor Onboarding & Relationship Management
  • Identify and onboard new vendors aligned with business objectives and category expansion plans

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure competitive offerings

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, ensuring quality, supply consistency, and profitability

  • Work closely with vendors to enhance product offerings, optimize stock availability, and improve customer experience

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches and category expansion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and e-commerce, for seamless execution

  • Monitor category performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights

  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge
